Just had what I think is an interesting thought: who of us got into specialty coffee from just hearing someone talk about it?
Not me. It was definitely that Ethiopian Nekisse that smacked me in the face with blueberries.
I would assume that most people get into good coffee from experiencing a really good coffee. True?
